I think that you can separate the air line that goes from the hydraulic
section of the air pak to the air cylinder and apply air to the cylinder to apply
brakes. I have been meaning to test the theory but just haven't had time. If a
definitive answer isn't obtained by tomorrow, I'll make that check.
