As I recall, there's no rule about officers driving vehicles. In peacetime
garrison, it's just considered 'bad form' for officers to drive themselves
around, so an enlisted driver is assigned to the officer. The higher the
officer's rank, the higher the rank of the enlisted driver. In combat,
ya do what ya gotta do, of course.
