Sorry I forgot one item, NO, OFFICERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE A VEHICLE.  Rentals and leases are a totally different program from a Green truck.

Someone told me that officers are not permitted to drive vehicles,
that enlisted personnel must drive them. Ever heard of this?
