Hmmm...
While I sympathize, I could make the "mission impossible" defense -- but
I'll just say that experiences in my short life have indicated to me that
there's usually no percentage in trying to educate idiots. They are the way
they are and I am not likely to change that no matter how great the effort
expended.

Personally I see a higher return in educating the MV enthusiast. There's
fewer of us (I hope :-) ) than there are idiots out there, and we -want-
to know what's true. Arming ourselves with the correct knowledge to deal
with the bureaucrats will, I believe, go farther than attempting to change
the bureaucrats.

I think Fred Schlesinger's new forum idea is great. Let's compile the known
body of knowledge on titling, tagging and use of MV's so the next time we go
to the friendly DMV, MVA or what-have-you we don't have to ask many
questions because we already know and we've got chapter and verse to show
them if necessary.
