I'm not saying any one on this list isn't capable of driving a spike into
some pavement. It's a matter of being allow to by the Ripken Stadium people. I
think that's why they added the turf sites. So if you want to set up a GP circus
tent on your vendor space, you better get a turf spot. That's my
understanding but always check directly with WAC&BGMVT.
