This year (april 2004) I will be switching FROM
JC Taylor insurance whom I have been with for over
10 years now. Their rate are OK but they will NOT
cover (for liability) a towed HMV trailer. I have spoken
to them a couple of times about this and they absolutely
refuse. I tried to explain that most HMV owners have
at least one HMV trailer. Didn't matter to them.

After the comparison article in Mil Vehicles mag a couple
yeas ago comparing insurance, I thought that they would
have either changed their policy or stopped advertising
in HMV magazines

inside a barn. "Inside" seems to be the keyword here. They want it kept
indoors. They wanted a picture of the truck and were very friendly. About
$160.00 per year. Parades, club meetings, events and servicing vehicle are
only reasons to drive the truck. Fortunately, the truck needs lots of
service.
