[MV] Engine Additive

a few years ago someone on list suggested KROIL from a company named KANO
as a good product for my hand brake: wanting metal on metal to move
smoothly against each other. At their web site ( http://www.kanolabs.com/ )
I found many varied products, one of which I applied to the bottom of my
front door ( house shifts season to season ) allowing the door to close
more easily during the dry season....

I received a flier from them today which mentioned many things, but the
'KREEN Magic Motor Tonic' caught my eye. They claim it cleans the engine (
tho I can think of times I wouldn't want the engine's innards to be
spotless ) and keeps parts from wearing as quickly. I've seen and even
bought some product which make similar claims in past years...

Has anyone tried the KANO product? on an MV or even a daily driver? These
folks advertise in a way that makes me think of snake oil salesmen from the
late 1800's, however I've tried three of their products and have seen
feedback from other listers, all of which has been very positive. I'm
wondering if I should consider putting some through my 50 year old, has
hardly been run in the past 20 years REO straight six to clean out what it
can. And perhaps show what was on the verge of failing. ?

Note: if you're looking for it the 'KREEN' link is second from the bottom
of the link above.

Thanks for any thoughts on Kreen
