A regular pickup box should bolt right on. The frame is a standard '81-'87 Chevrolet pickup truck frame. I believe the only thing you'll have to do is disconnect the wiring to the ambulance body and, possibly, get a regular harness for the rear lights. I have seen the harness on eBay on occasion.
