Hi,
First time posting, just purchased an 86' M1008 "residue" w 50K miles,
therfor it is missing a few part. Initial survey showed that the drivers
side front brake caliper is missing. My querstion is will a caliper for a
86' chevy one ton SRW be correct? If not what do I need? Thanks for your
help.
So far have charged the mil. batteries, and the engine will crank. Also
missing radiator ( is radiator unique or will civilian one ton 6.2 work) and
driverside alternator. Plan to plug rad hoses, trans lines, and engine oil
cooler lines, to see if it will start.
Also, interested to learn more about its past use, I think it hauled
somthing electical in the bed. No tail gate and large power cable
connection in the bed.
