You sez when used with red. I've seen this on NYC PD cars of old with the
clear dome and coloured lamps within. However, that does not address the
current thread Bloomie....I don't think anyone was considering using red in
conjunction with white!

Anyway, I'm now tired of all this and will do as I pleeeze.
