I know that the Brits use a lot of them for Royal Marines, SAS, and
whoknows whatelse. They were employed in Afgahistan and Iraq. I have a
friend that served with US SF in both areas (along with neighboring
places) and I'm sure he didn't use them. Could be that pics of Brits got
confused as American.
