24 volt glow plug system. Dropping resistor unit drops voltage from 24
volt to 12 volt on the CUCV's but they do use 12 volt glow plugs as Gene
stated from the factory.

starter and glow plus should be both be 24 volts so slaving cable can
jump it with out charging the battery's
what owners did after they buy'ed it lord only knows
