I want to thank everyone who responded to my plea for help on this.
As you may have seen, there was a range of answers from right away to
keep on going. I will pick the middle road and try to change it in the next
3 or 4 weeks. This will at least flush out some extra grime.

The 10W40 part of my post was a typo. I had meant to say 15W40.
