Run some high voltage wires froma stun gun into the computer and
connect them via a small spark gap one to the flash/E2PROM and one to
the CPU. you may have to identify the best pins for the attachment but
memory address lines and clock lines are always a good bet. After the
accident, operate the stun gun.

A stun gun????After an accident ? You will look pretty funny injured
in the front seat trying to fool with a stun gun which in itself is
illegal in most states.

Call your own wrecker immediately and Never let the police tow the
vehicle to their choice of location. you have the right to have it
towed wherever you wish,

Unless they have seized it for the invest or the road has to be cleared
immediately. Then they will tow wherever they want.

if the data is written to a specific chip which is used for nothing
else, set the chip enable or write enable lines permanently to not
function. There will be no data.

The chip is integral with the OBDII. Error code. Plus how will it look
to the jury when the tampered box comes out.. Bad. I guess we just
have to be safe drivers out there and understand that we are responsible
for what we do. Then none of this spy versus spy stuff matters.
