Yep...APB is right on the Lynch pins at the tractor places...they are
7/16" diameter and are used to hook up implements to tractors. The last
handfull that I bought were made in India but they're okay, never had
one to fail...especially if you take a piece of wire and wire the ring
so that it can't flop over and lose it's locking abilities. Under a
tractor brush can do this. I have also seen them made in 1/4" size.
