This discussion doesn't affect me, personally, as I would never have
anything to do with GL, who are, in my humble opinion, perpetrating a scam
of Olympic proportions.
I would simply remind you that the last time a well-meaning, courteous and
efficient young man from GL (just like you) tried to help out the
collectors, hobbyists and dealers, he got fired. Watch your back, my friend.
