Can't vouch for strength seen them hit curb hard enough for
driver to hit windshield and they didn't break windshield did. Just my
opinion, but I would have to believe they are pretty hard. I would
think you could get specs on them from manufacturer. Don't have a
deuce to tow or anything big enough to tow one, so mine have not
had a serious test.
