I should have stated that this device is not installed or visible except
when the vehicle is parked with the engine off and the owner installs the
collar and padlock. Otherwise it can be placed out of view in the glove
box. It requires no modification of the instrument panel.
Just curious to see if anyone else had seen this one used.
