Hi All , The Humber 1Tonner did this with a rear mounted winch that could
be payed out in front using rollers underneath and a fair lead that swung
down under the front fender , the Humber PIG may have retained this system ?
Using 4 rollers about 2.5" on pins of at least 3/4"set in a square it is
possible to guide the cable round most obstickles and make a fairlead to
mount on the rear chassis .
