The AC Delco filter for the 6.5 is a PF1218, I don't think the filter is
different between the 6.2 and 6.5.

Most OEM's selling diesel pickups suggest 5k intervals using conventional,
non-synthetic diesel engine oil such as Rotella. Maybe longer intervals if
strictly highway miles no load.
