I prefer E Mail based, web based take ages to go through - our current one
arrives in our mailboxes and we dont have to sign in and trawl through we
can preview the postings in OE ( or other E Mail systems)
Good example is the Militaria Collectors Network - it was failing as an E
Mail based one - mainly due to the bad manners of some members who picked a
row with anyone just for the sake of it and spoilt it for the main body of
people, the group went off to a web based system and I have never heard
about it since, but I do recall many of the members werent going to continue
once it left E Mail.
