I think in 1970-71 they started using the four-colour camouflage scheme in
place of the straight OD green. The 383-based 3 colour cam wasn't around
until the early 80's or thereabouts.
I don't know about about M151A2 factory finishes as destined for the U.S.
Army, but the Canadian vehicles purchased 'off the shelf' (with "U.S.
Property" on the data plates!) from AM General in 1974 all seem to have
Marine Corps-type 24079 or 24052 Forest Green underneath the layers and
layers of slapped on three-colour Canadian camouflage.
