Anyone know how I can get my hands on a Federal Color Standard 595 Fan
Deck?? I have contacted the person listed on this page

http://apps.fss.gsa.gov/pub/fedspecs/index.cfm but, I have yet to get a
response in 4 days. I guess I will try the phone number listed.
There is a webpage version here http://www.ipms-earth.com/fs595b/ but, I
would like a fan deck that I can actually take to the paint shop.
In the mean time, does anyone know if 13591 is Earth Yellow or is it
"National School Bus Yellow"???
