Howdy List,

Just want to say that I enjoyed the Meet at Aberdeen immensley. I got
to meet some of you characters and wish I could have had a vehicle to
display but mechanical problems with the newly purchased M886 ambulance
kept me from driving it there. I am still working those problems and am
down to brakes and a carb rebuild as of Wednesday (RAM, I WILL get
there! eventually). The mechanics assure me they will have it done today.

Question for the group - I want to put a class 4 receiver hitch on the
ambulance and U-Haul did not know what a 1977 Dodge W200 pickup was. I
told them that it was a "full size" pickup and they were happy (still
did not have hitch in stock). My question is - do the D/W 200-300-400
pickups of the 70's all use the same frame and simply hang heavier duty
springs/axles/engines on it? That is what I assume but there are
doubtless folks more knowledgeable about these trucks than I on the List.

TIA,
