Maybe you should try it out. I think you can get it in NJ.

Sorry to hear that. I used to have a huge problem with spam. If you are
using some form of Microsoft's Outlook I highly recommend Spam Bully.
After very brief training period with it I no longer see any spam. I

Recently the amount of spam I'm getting is unreal. I sit here and watch
it coming in, hundreds a day, so before I shut down for the night, I'm
going to block all incoming mail and turn it back on again the next day
