I'd say don't waste your time on this either. Papa Bush signed the first
one into law, and Bush Jr. just renewed it. With Republican control of
both houses of Congress and the Whitehouse, this was the one chance to
see the law die. It didn't and it won't any time soon. Sad, stupid,
unfair, etc... but reality none the less. A reminder that the
Republicans are not a gun owner's best friend on all issues.
