I don't have the military prices handy, but here are the equivalent parts
and their (list) prices for the AMG - H1:
Valve kit $300
12,000# winch $1150
front mount kit $200
The mil prices are close to these. I sell these at a 20% discount. Right
now, the manufacturer is swamped with military orders, as most, it seems, of
the HMMMV's in Iraq are being retro-fitted with winches.
