M3A4 Airborne hand cart

Hello,

I have stumbled onto an M3A4 airborne hand cart in unrestored
condition. One of the wheels has rusted through the rim, however, (as
the result if sitting in a garden as a flower planter, no less!) and
may be beyond repair. The rest is surprisingly rust-free and
complete, luckily. It even retains most of it's OD green paint.

Does anyone have a source for such a spoked wheel? It seems like an
implement wheel of some sort, and I was wondering if it may have been
used on another piece of period equipment. The rims on this cart have
original (?) military marked tires of the smooth ribbed type. Are
these correct, and if not, is there a source for new ones, or
the "tractor" type I have seen on most pictures?

Any info would be appreciated, both on the wheel, and on these carts
in general.
