Cabell,

The picture shows the filter alone, but I later installed the heater
connections by using two tee fittings. The filter is a "by-pass" type so
only a portion of the coolant flows through it, but eventually all fluid
will have passed thru. The input comes from the engine side of the
thermostat and the output goes to the pump, like the heater connections.
