Shouldn't be any drain holes within the circle. They still leak I put a
little grease on the seal between the bearing races then put a bead of
silicone right up to the edge of the inner race then bolted the turret down
and let it dry for a couple of days now it only leaks a little bit. I'm
beat I just put my new bucket seat upgrade kit in.
