Anyone can fix any vehicle on the road. With the exception of small
cans of R-12 you can walk into any parts store any buy any part you
want. Dealers have the advantage of factory manuals and special test
gear.... but with few exceptions there are few things I cannot buy to
fix my lawn mower, my jeep, my 2.5 ton, and even my brothers freightliner.

I've had personal experience with crappy repairs from 'trained
technicians' that are factory/gold/master certified technicians.

My rules is this: 10% of the people have the brains and ability to get
things done. These are the rare individuals that have to suck up the
slack for the other 90% of the dumbshits who simply get out of bed on
time and trudge through thier workday without killimg themselves or others.
