LHB Industries in Missouri.
Part number for the stuff is...
NO-0964-000
and is called "SO SURE"
I have it..and use it for many things................
It works !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mothing better.. By the way.. LHB is -- Light
House for the Blind...
They also make most all of the spray paints for Uncle Sam.....don't ask
