Now you're talking! Oh no, I just realized...Berkeley is a "Nuclear
Free Zone"
Some how they figured if they put up signs on all the roads comming into
 Berkeley,
that that would somehow keep the fallout away from them when a bomb
landed on
 San Francisco. I kid you not, they have these signs with the Radiation
Hazard
 symbol on them and a red circle and diagonal bar thru them with Nuclear
Free Zone
printed underneath.
 Go figure.
