m151a2 flat towing question

Hello

I have an occasion to flat towe my MUTT. I usually don't flat tow but its only 5 miles or so.

Should I tie off the steering wheel or not? Also should the tranfer case be put in neutral of just the transmission?

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
