I'm probably going to run this in a MV Mag ad soon, but figured I'd give
this list one last whack at it.
I have a US built M43 that can be had in Central Maine for $100. All you
have to do is drag it away or strip the parts off you want and arrange
for it to be disposed of. The vehicle is a writeoff due to being close
to a barn fire. The back was engulfed in flames before it was
extinguished. However, the front and some of the cab stuff were left
intact. The fenders and grill are in fantastic shape. The front axel
and rims are great too. The engine was running before the accident
(which was years ago), but I looked at it recently and it is in amazingly
good looking condition (can't say beyond that). The transmission is
probably still good too. Lots of doodads to be had as well. Easily way
more M37/M43 parts on this sucker than the asking price. It's at a
friend's place, I don't need it, and would just like to get rid of it for
what I paid. My friend has equipment for loading this onto a trailer if
need be.
