Although I have not tried this, I was musing about an idea: Put the
deflated tire, face up, under the front bumper of a deuce or 5T and use
a jack to try to jack up the front of the truck, with the jack base on
the tire, just outside of the rim. The bead should break down before
the truck lifts. Repeat, as necessary around the tire. That's my
theory, anyway. Jim
