Three primary methods:
1. Direct detonation (suicide bomber style)
2. Direct trigger (like a landmine)
3. Wire detonator
I know I read somewhere about radio detonators, but for some reason I
seem to recall those being rare and not all that effective (i.e. often
they don't work). Not sure about that though.
I've not heard much about timers being used because that doesn't work
with their tactics.
