Remember it took the military 7 days to get aid to south Florida after
Hugo.........

**** I think North Carolina or some othe state took teh brunt of Hugo.
You thinkin of Andrew ? There the favorite one I remember is the Reserve
or National Guard was right there afterwards for prevention of looters.
SOMEONE knew teh facts though & confronted a couple of Army guys on
patrol @ night & held them @ gunpoint & took their M16's. Why ? The
Army guys weren't issued ammo.
