Upon further investigation, that UNMARKED 30A Headlamp fuse is shown being
used by the blackout lamp/service lamps toggle switch, ON THE BLACKOUT LIGHT
CIRCUITS SCHEMATIC.!!!
They definitely don't use the civilian wiring harness in these things, and a
civilian schematic comes up very short in critical areas.
I won't be making the same mistake twice. (I hope)
