For all to know.. There were 2 different basic differentials..The early
type--JUNK..and the later type..referred to as the "1100" series
diferentials..
These were the quiet ones... You will find some made in the USA...and some
made in Korea.. Yes---Korea.
The ones from Korea were actually a bit better than ours..They were
definately quieter. The 1100 series ring and pinion were at different
angles than the original type rears..and were "supposed" to be quieter.!!
HA.!! maybe in Korea...:-) they were for sure a bit less whining......wonder
if they would work on my wife..?/ :-)
