You can add a couple qts of Dexron ATF to kerosene (jet fuel) no.1
diesel
per 100 gallons of fuel and it will give you more power, help lubricity
and just run better. Ed, what is VARSOL, I've never heard of that one.
And I'm old too you know. The M35 runs just fine on Kerosene, no 1 diesl
or jet fuel. Just fill er up and fire it off. Less fuel mileage though
because it is lighter, less BTU's. In cold weather my Chevy DURAMAx runs
fine on no 1 diesel also. I add an fuel conditioner made by the Conklin
Co at the rate of 1.5 gallons per 1000 gal. called diesel plus and it
has zylene, toluene, ethylene glycol and other lubes/detergents that
protect the engine. Works great and quiets injectors noise.
