Yes, Bruce, you are correct. But the original post was about titling
and tagging in NJ using a Bill of Sale, to which I responded.
Then the subject swung over to tags, to which I again
responded.
If he can't get a NJ Title using a Bill of Sale, he can't tag it
at all. NJ is cracking down on title services and often the
B of S is from one of these agencies.
