M1028 Shift Pattern

Anyone know what the shift pattern for the 4wd in a M1028 is? I know
all the way forward is 4Lo, and finding neutral is easy (getting out of
it without grinding is another issue though). Where the heck is 2WD
though? I can find 4Hi without too much trouble.
