Hmm. Act that appears targeted at someone with
military affiliation. Wasn't random. Sounds like
a hate crime to me. Anyone know what the federal
hate crime laws do to a local misdemeanor
vandalism crime? Would be interesting to see the
hardcore donks hoisted on their own petards.
