I believe G.R. is correct. An Army Reserve unit drove one of these to a
rally in Mineral Wells, Texas a few years back, with the folded bridge
onboard. On saturday of the event they gave a demo. of how it worked and
layed the bridge out for us. I have a photo, somewhere, of my DUKW
crossing the extended bridge.
Pretty awesome machine.
