Yep. And like as not, the ship would be sold to a
breaker for scrap value only to be sold to the
Chinese for "scrapping" in their yards. The
chinese currently have 3 Carriers that were to
have been scrapped. 1 Australian Light Attack
Carrier and two ex-Soviet carriers. Better she
ends up on the bottom than a how-to-book for
Chinese Naval Architects seeking to build Chinese
Aircraft Carriers.
