The pdf is online for TB 43-0209. My conection at work is too slow to open it to see if it is more complete but it is 32.1 mb so I would think that it is.

Color, Marking, and Camouflage Painting of Military Vehicles,

Construction Equipment and Materials Handling equipment.

At the top of the front cover it is marked " excerpts ". It is a

Readers digest version of the " more popular " vehicles but there

are no shelters in the one I have, but perhaps someone has the

complete manual with nothing missing.

I got this from Portrayal Press some years ago.
