I used "Westley's Bleach White" Whitewall Cleaner..... Wet the area slightly,
spray it on, wait a couple of minutes, lightly scrub with a brush & rinse it
off. Worked great at removing the red oxide primer-looking faded original
issue non-CARC paint.
