Hello from Atlanta GA 30306. The frame and body are the ground, hence only
one wire. Just make sure that there is a good contact between the fender
metal, the mounting bolt and nut and the siren. If everything is gopped up
with old paint and there is no ground, then nothing will work. Be aware
that any clean metal used for a ground is also clean metal just waiting for
moisture and rust, and rust is non-conductive..... Enjoy!
