There is a copper goop that has the consistancy of antiseize used for
nuts and bolts.
It is made by Thomas & Bettes. Use it on any and all bolted electrical
connections after
cleaning the metal parts down to bare metal. Put it on the threads and
washers, etc.
You don't want to put gobs of it all over the place because it is hard
to get off and will look like
hell. This stuff is really the greatest stuff around. once you coat the
stuff in these connection points
you will never run into the flaky ground problem again. Obviously you
need to torque the parts
together properly.
